Fear is the anxiety that something bad might happen. Rather than living in fear, you are invited to make empowered choices based on what you need in order to feel safe, here and now. Let your fear be a guiding teacher so that you can return your attention to the present.
Your Call to Action
Take a moment to write a list of any fears that are present for you right now, then write a second column on what you would need in order to feel safe and secure. Imagine some comforting words that would feel supportive to you right now, what would you like to hear? Repeat these words for one minute as a mantra, then open your eyes and look around. Notice what you see and feel in this present moment.
